My picture  My name is Prince Bell, and I’m an armchair theologian; a crackpot philosopher; an aspiring     martial artist; and a certified personal trainer.

I love exercise and fitness; teaching people how to become their best physically and mentally; and exploring alternative healing methods.

My training is geared towards functional fitness, improving mobility, and preventing injuries. This can and may include weight (or fat) loss.
